Here are the terms:
The design service will be delivered according to the details provided in the Design Inquiry form and our initial agreement. Any additional requests beyond the original scope will require a new agreement and may incur extra charges. A mandatory $10 rush fee applies for expedited designs.

Upon submitting your Design Inquiry form, the total service fee will be specified in our initial agreement. A non-refundable deposit of $10 is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the design, which will be invoiced.

Payments can be made via Zelle, PayPal, or Cash App, at the client's discretion.

The completion date will be included in the initial agreement and will be based on the timeline provided in the Design Inquiry form. Client-related delays may lead to adjusted timelines and additional fees. If the client fails to respond to inquiries within 5 business days, the design will be forfeited, and Dariah Createz will no longer be responsible for it.

Clients are allowed a maximum of 5 revisions, which should be clearly communicated to prevent misunderstandings. Any additional revisions will incur extra charges.

- Confidentiality
All communications and information exchanged are strictly confidential and secure. You will receive a non-copyrighted version of your design after approval and final payment.

By checking the box in the Design Inquiry form or receiving a design from Dariah Createz, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
