Requests such as full redesigns outside of the original scope after design completion or first submission may result in additional fees.

Design completion typically takes 3–5 business days. If additional time is needed due to volume or project complexity, this will be communicated in advance. Please note that client-related delays may result in adjusted timelines.

Each project includes up to 5 revisions. To avoid misunderstandings, please communicate requested changes clearly. Any revisions beyond the included amount will incur extra charges.

All designs will be created and delivered based on the details provided in your Design Inquiry Form.

Yes. Dariah Createz reserves the right to feature completed designs in portfolios, marketing materials, and promotional content unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

If you fail to respond to project-related inquiries within 5 business days, the design will be considered forfeited, and Dariah Createz will no longer be responsible for completing it.

Yes, a mandatory $20 rush fee applies to any designs that need to be completed on an expedited timeline.

By submitting the Design Inquiry Form or receiving a completed design from Dariah Createz, you are acknowledging and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

Payments can be made via Zelle, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Cash App, depending on the client’s preference.

A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required before any design work begins. The total project fee will be specified in the initial agreement, and the remaining balance is due upon completion of the design, which will be invoiced.

Absolutely. All communications and information shared are strictly confidential and secure. Upon approval and final payment, you will receive a non-copyrighted version of your completed design.
